It incorporates onsite data destruction services within an enclosed Military Grade Secured Facility; video surveillance both inside and outside of the building; employee access only restricted areas; staff logistics and trucking.

Our chain of custody of your most precious assets; the data on the hard drives; remain with us throughout the entire IT Lifecycle and end with Final Disposition Reporting. This reporting allows you to not only track your assets from receiving, through inventorying, through remarketing; but it also allows you to remove liabilities of certified data destruction by following procedures outlined in Sarbanes-Oxley; PCI, Gramm-Leach-Bliley and HIPAA regulations.

We will inventory each e-asset received and provide a list of each item which includes manufacturer, make/model, serial number and attributes specific to the device. Records can be provided at your request. We assess the value of the electronics and offer asset management or recycling services to address key concerns.
